A. No, both FedEx and UPS guarantee their services by offering a money back guarantee on all failed service shipments and billing errors. Our services will not interfere with your carrier relationships nor will they affect your carrier rates.

A. Yes, we audit all outbound, inbound, and third party shipments billed to your accounts. We consolidate all shipping data received on all accounts into a single remittance and reporting product for our clients.
